Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

24 HouRS PRIOR | 50% OF SERVICE

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24hr advance notice is required. If you do not provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the service starting cost. No appointment will be rescheduled until fee has been paid.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS | 100% OF SERVICE

In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged for the entire cost of missed appointment.

How to Prepare for your Appointment

If you're receiving a color service, clean hair is not necessary but please come without any heavy products or buildup in your hair. If you have freshly washed hair, please make sure it is completely dry before your appointment.

I sometimes take pictures for content. Please try to come wearing light makeup if desired to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
